Ballenberg

Almost 100 original, centuries-old buildings from all parts of Switzerland, original gardens and fields, demonstrations of traditional crafts, many special events and 250 local farm animals make the past on the Ballenberg an experience. And the Ballenberg is unique.
In our faithfully furnished workshops, craftsmen demonstrate original professions with authentic tools: from carving, basketry, spinning and weaving to lace-making, forging, cheese making and baking. You can watch from close up and partly do it yourself.
